Transactions

Manual Entry

Quickly add income or expenses. Choose a wallet, category, and date. You can even attach receipts or notes for internal audits.

CSV Import 🚀

Save hours by importing bank statements. Upload your CSV, map the columns (Date, Amount, Category), and let PayLedger do the heavy lifting.

Wallets & Currency

PayLedger supports multi-currency businesses natively.

"A Wallet represents any source of funds. You can have a PayPal wallet in USD, a local bank in EUR, and cash on hand in GBP. PayLedger automatically converts and aggregates these to your base currency."

Categories

Organize your finances to see where you're spending most. Categorize as Fixed Costs, Variable Expenses, or Direct Revenue. Detailed charts will show you the percentage breakdown of each.

Recurring Payments

Set up automatic logs for subscriptions, rent, or recurring retainers. Define the frequency (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) and PayLedger will automatically record the transaction on the due date.

Invoicing

Create professional PDF invoices for your clients. Manage pending payments and mark invoices as paid to automatically record the corresponding income transaction.
